-increased random encounter chance from 16% to 20%. this value is halved if player has the fence upgrade

-all monsters can now breed with each other in breeding pit, only some combinations can make offspring (male/futa with female/futa pairs)

-stats with + - bonuses will increase/decrease monsters value in marketplace when buying and selling based on the strength of the modifiers

-Added windowed/fullscreen selector in options menu as well as resizeable scaling window while in windowed mode. Removed alt-enter hotkey for now because it was breaking scaling
