Version 0.4.0 release notes:

-added training building that upgrades monsters and views their deeper stats like fertility, breeding type, corruption etc

-added egg laying breeding type (can breed with any monster but only births its own monster type)

-finished Lake programming/mechanics with placeholder art (catch fish for less corruption or catch pit hydras if you have pit hydras unlocked in the workshop. can no longer get them from market)

-market monsters now always have a random chance of starting with a trait instead of just one of them always having one. (will add monster scaling soon so better monsters are offered at market the more advanced into the game you are, maybe link to quests)

-value of monsters when buying/selling in the market are now affected by positive/negative traits and their trait levels. (negative traits decrease price positives increase price)

-added market scene and background art

-fixed market/stable/potionshop/training UI's to better show full monster

-fixed new birth panel showing during breeding animation

-changed sleeping to remove corruption not add it

-added traits "innocent" and "corrupt"

-added lake scene

-added shower water drip to show if shower has already been used that day

-bunnygirl lobos breeding art finished

-added credits on title screen for patrons

-added cheat codes input in options menu for patrons

-added new sprite animation player for custom shaders(should be able to display higher quality art animations now)

-fixed rancher occassionally not starting game with all positive modifiers

-fixed max stat bars not displaying right

-updated guide book in stable to include new traits

-added/worked on more art

-various balance changes including less corruption buildup overall
